Deliveries
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. These estimated times will always pertain to business days. The arrival times will be based off of the shipping provider

Secret Scrunch is not held responsible for:
Stolen packages after delivery
PO box issues
Any mistakes made by USPS
Customers ordering to the wrong address
Damage to an order by USPS

Damages
Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. We will deal with damaged products on a case by case basis, please email support@secretscrunch.com regarding your concern.

Exchanges
We do not currently process exchanges for any products sold by Secret Scrunch.
